Our policy of "One point of contact to the customer" is our formula for success in customer service: Every trade partner has their own personal contact partner at nobilia who is responsible for the entire order process. Many sequences are simplified and expedited due to this continual and trusting cooperation over many years.

 

23 teams with over 180 customer service representatives just in the Administrative Services Department are available to assist our 7000 customers around the world. This includes 9 export teams covering 19 languages. With technical and business know-how they process everything to do with customer orders.

 

We use innovative software to simplify and expedite the ordering process. Regular education and training keeps our employees up to date with the latest procedures.

 

The customer service representatives are assisted by the nobilia Direct Service (NDS). This hotline is provided for trade partners for answering urgent questions and finding quick and unbureaucratic solutions in the event of problems.
